Term 3 and 4 students are in the early stages of their clinical education, developing core skills in massage technique, assessment, and professional communication.

*Term 3* students focus on full-body relaxation treatments while becoming comfortable in a clinical setting and learning to manage treatment time, documentation, and homecare delivery.

*Term 4* students begin to integrate clinical reasoning and therapeutic approaches, drawing on knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, basic orthopedic testing, and treatment planning.

Term 5 and 6 students are in the final stages of their clinical education and demonstrate a growing level of independence, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making.

**Term 5** students are expanding their skills with a focus on upper body orthopedic conditions and neurological care. They begin working two clinic shifts per week and are expected to integrate targeted assessment and treatment planning into each session, with increased proficiency and accuracy.

**Term 6** students are completing their final clinical term and are expected to work with greater independence. They apply their full scope of training—including lower body orthopedic conditions and complex case planning—while refining assessment, treatment, and homecare protocols to meet entry-to-practice standards.
